This hat is brand new.  However it is also a survivor of a fire that ravaged one of my distributors warehouses. There is no factory packaging, as it was smoke damaged, the hat does have a faint smell of smoke which should dissapate in time, or wash out. One of them has the carry pouch in perfect condition, and one has a soot smudge on it. You can see this in my photos. The first buyer will get the one without the smudge.
A hat that is great for outdoor activities, walking, working, and sleeping in! It benefits from the same high performance fabric as Snugpak's sleeping bags. With its "deer stalker" style, it gives you the option of extra warmth and protection from the elements by releasing the side sections to cover the ears.
