    Shipping :

    Return Policy :
    Items MUST be returned before any refunds are processed. Buyer pays return shipping (items must be properly packaged, insured and use a tracking number that must be provided to ROC).  We do not cover original shipping cost. We do not offer partial refunds. Complete purchase must be returned within 14 days from the sale date, in the condition it was received. We do not pay for repairs of damaged items. Refunds are issued as money back through PAYPAL: we do NOT exchange/replace returned items.
