You are bidding or are buying a Manfrotto 501HDV tripod head in Beautiful condition per the photos and perfect working order with a Quick Release plate. Beyond some minor cosmetic issues (very small and minor paint-fleck loss here and there), there are no other issues. Ships with a photostat of the original  instruction manual which is apparently roughly and briskly translated from Italian in English, so I recommend watching a YouTube video for further instructions if needed.
