This is a very rare 2016 Topps U.S. Olympics Simone Biles autographed bronze parallel rookie card. Only 50 exist.
It's graded SGC 9.5 (defined as MT+), with a 10 for the autograph.
There are no exact comps for this card. According to 130point.com's recent results (the site tracks eBay sales):
a base 9.5 HGA autograph (not the limited bronze parallel) sold for 00.
a base PSA 9 autograph sold for 00.
a raw ungraded autographed gold parallel went for 00.
